2010 - 2011 Registration

Kindergarten: The district office will be open for walk-in registrations from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.  Parents may request a packet of registration information be mailed to them by calling the district office at 254-7541.  The district office is located at the Junior/Senior High School complex. The following are required for enrolling kindergarteners:
  • Children must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2010.
  • Your child’s certified birth certificate must be presented as proof of age.
  • Your child’s social security card is needed.
  • Parents are required to present three forms of residency. (click here for residency information) If you currently have children in the district, proof of residency will not be needed.
  • School fees ($50.00 per child) will need to be paid.  If your child will be eligible for free or reduced lunches, you may complete a fee waiver.
  • Children must have a completed physical examination form with an up-to-date immunization record before the first day of school.
 Grades 1 – 12: New Student registration will take place Thursday, August 5, 2010, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Students in grades K – 8 will register in the board room located in the junior high. Students in grades 9 – 12 will be held in the high school office.   • Illinois Transfer Form if coming from an Illinois school
  • Your child’s certified birth certificate
  • Your child’s social security card

  • School fees ($50.00 per child: Grades K – 5; $65.00 per child: Grades 6 - 8) will need to be paid.  If your child will be eligible for free or reduced lunches, you may complete a fee waiver.
  • Children entering kindergarten and sixth grade must have a completed physical examination form with an up-to-date immunization record before the first day of school.

 

 Returning Students: A preregistration packet was sent home with each student with the third quarter report card. The registration documents in the envelope must be returned to the district office as soon as possible.
