COVID-19 Vaccines Available

The clinic dates are June 10 and July 1, 3:30 pm-7:30 pm.  As a reminder, the health department will hold a Pfizer Vaccine Clinic at RoxArena this Thursday, June 10th .    I have attached flyers for posting and  the appointment link is at:  This link is live on our website,

Appointments are preferred as they help us plan doses accordingly; but we will allow walk-ins too.  This PFIZER  vaccine clinic is open to anyone (Parents, siblings, Grandparents, students, etc.).  As long as the individual is 12+ years of age, they can have a vaccine.  Parents or legal guardian MUST accompany any minor child to receive the vaccine.

We will arrive at 2:00 pm on the day of the clinic.  The clinic is scheduled to begin at 3:30 pm through 7:30 pm.  The second dose clinic date will be July 1, 2021, same location and time.

We hope for a large turnout as we will be closing the mass vaccination clinic in Collinsville at the end of the day on July 3, 2021.   After this date, individuals will have to rely on vaccine availability through their healthcare provider or in a retail pharmacy.
