Online Registration Instructions:
Click the button above for "Returning Student Online Registration."
Enter your Skyward Parent Access login information. (If you are missing this information, click "Forgot Login / Password?"
Click "Go to Online Registration for (child's name)".
Click Student Information on the right, and verify that the information there is correct, and make any changes as necessary. When finished, click the button at the bottom of the screen marked "Complete Step 1a and move to Step 1b". Continue through each step until all have been completed.
When completing Step 2, "Emergency Health Information", you must do the following:
Click "Add" on the right.
Read the statement
Click the checkbox next to "Yes" and enter the date.
When completing Step 3, "South Illinois Healthcare", a box will appear with the statement "The form has not yet been completed. Would you like to complete it now?" Please read the description at the top of the page and click "Yes" or "No". This is an optional step. The form can be made full screen to make the completion easier.
All Students entering 3rd or 6th Grade and all High School Students are required to prove residency.
Online Registration allows parents / guardians to upload residency documents. If you are unable to upload documents or provide the necessary documents, please contact the school office.
After all steps are complete, a button marked "Submit Online Registration" will appear. After this button is clicked, online registration is complete.
You will then need to pay the registration fee. There is no fee for Pre-K students. The fee for K - 5th Grade is $50.00. The fee for 6th - 12th Grade is $65.00.
Kindergarten Registration Starts April 4, 2023
2023-2024 registration for kindergarten students will begin Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at South Primary School, 6:00pm - 7:30pm. Click here for full details.
New PreK – 12th Grade Students
Welcome to the Roxana School District. The process for enrolling new students is as follows:
Provide Student Information including medical issues, demographic data and parent information
Provide a Certified Birth Certificate
Provide necessary physical, dental and eye exams
Provide proof of residency for all new students
All students new to the district must provide 3 forms of residency. One of these must be a document showing you as the owner or renter of the address listed. (mortgage/lease) The other 2 forms may include a drivers license, utility bill, bank statement, pay check stub, etc.
