What is Early SHELLs?

Early SHELLs is a preschool program for children ages 3 to 5 years old in the Roxana Community School District. Students will go through a preschool screening to determine eligibility for the program.

The Early SHELLs program strives to accomplish two main goals:

Provide students with a positive learning experience in a developmentally appropriate program for children who range in age from 3 to 5 years old. Classroom activities will be based on developmentally and age appropriate educational practices. Children will be engaged in activities specially designed for his/her age, interests, and abilities.
Provide parents with opportunities for growth as individuals and family members.
