RCUSD1 is excited to announce and welcome Michelle Skinner to the RCUSD Shell Family. Ms. Skinner will serve as the District Safety Officer beginning this semester. Ms. Skinner is retired from the police force where she served:
25 years & 9 months for the Bethalto Police Department
8 years as a school resource officer
14 years as the DARE officer.
2 years in MEGSI as an undercover narcotics officer.
Ms. Skinner is excited to join the Roxana School District,
