As a reminder, there is no residential parking and students must be parking in on-campus parking. If you are parked on the street, you are at risk of being given a ticket from the Roxana PD.
Don’t forget to see Ms. Hanneken about the Framed Photo Contest which ends on Wednesday, August 27. Participants need to take pictures of animals and plants in the garden behind the science building. 3 winners will be awarded $25.00 VISA gift cards.
Roxana High School, are you ready for your first Homecoming class competition—and to help the environment?
Here’s what you need to do: bring in your old, unwanted sneakers for recycling! The class that collects the most sneakers will sneak their way into first place before the Homecoming Pep Rally even begins.
Bins for shoe collection are located outside Ms. Hanneken’s room.

Memberships for The Reef 2025–2026 are available now! Membership is $10 and includes entry to all home games for the year. Check your email for the sign-up link.
Homecoming Guest Forms are now available in the Main Office. Forms need to be turned in to the Main Office by 3:00pm on Wednesday, September 17th. Guest Forms require a photo ID and the signature of the guest’s principal, so do not wait until the last couple of days. Again, Guest Forms for Homecoming are due September 17th.
If you are interested in participating in our RHS Fall Play, “A Monster Calls,” we will have an informational meeting in the auditorium on Tuesday, August 26th after school. You will receive all of the audition information at this meeting. We will also be discussing our trip to TheatreFest in January.
Fall play auditions will take place after school on Wednesday, September 3rd.
