Daily Announcements

Good morning Shells! Today is Thursday, September 25, 2025.

Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance followed by a moment of silence.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America,

and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

NHS continues their Toiletries drive through September 30. Those sample size toiletries that are sitting unopened on your shelf? Donate them. Heading to the Dollar Store? Think about picking something up to donate. Anything will help not only our schools but also the Roxana community and you could also be helping your advisory class get a pizza party! The advisory class with the most donations will earn a pizza party on our next Connect Wednesday. Check the flyers around the school for a list of items.

The Art Club will meet after school on Thursday, September 25 in Mr. Kathriner’s classroom.

Will Stevens shot a one-over 73 at Governor's Run in Carlyle yesterday at the Cahokia Conference Tournament. That earned him a tie at the end of regulation and Will then went on and won a four-hole sudden victory playoff. Will is the Cahokia Conference champion!

Myles Bertoletti shot a career-best 77 to get seventh and both golfers earned all-conference honors. Congratulations to Will and Myles! The win was very satisfying for the RHS boys golf team. Now, its on the the regional.

Girls tennis defeated Wood River 7-2 at yesterday home match. Way to go ladies!
