If you are interested in competing in the spring season of eSports, there will be a meetup on Tuesday, January 13th in the Journalism/eSports room in the math/science building after school. Games for the spring season include Rocket League, Valorant, and Overwatch 2.
This is the last push to recycle old sneakers. Currently RHS has recycled 54 pairs of shoes. The school that recycles the most shoes in Madison County will win an ice cream party! Shoes can be recycled outside Ms. Hanneken’s room. (Read all week)
There will be an informational baseball meeting for any boy interested in trying out this year next Wednesday 1/14 at 1:30 in the Auditorium. Please bring something to write with. Please let Coach Wheaton know if you have any questions.
Lyndon Thies won the Princeton Invitational over the weekend and was voted Most Outstanding Wrestler. Logan Riggs and Cy Courtney placed fourth, and Trey Skelton was eighth.
The girls team competed in the Fred Ross tournament where Chloe Skiles and Maddie Murphy won titles in their weight classes. Chloe also won the Most Outstanding Wrestler award. Congratulations to all of our wrestlers.
Congratulations to our cheerleaders who placed 4th at the ICCA Championships this past weekend. This is great beginning to the postseason cheer competition for our squad.
