Important Scheduling Information for Next Year (2026-27)
Dear RHS Parents,
Today we met with students in grade level assemblies to discuss important scheduling information for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Assemblies included meetings with the current grade levels:
9th Grade - Class of 2029
10th Grade - Class of 2028
11th Grade - Class of 2027
We will be meeting with the 8th Grade (Incoming Freshmen Class of 2030) families on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Auditorium.
These assemblies and meetings allow us an opportunity to discuss exciting new course offerings for the upcoming year, provide academic advisement to our students, discuss partnerships and elective course options, as well as outline supports that are available. In addition, this time together allowed us to review current academic, attendance, and discipline data with each grade level.
We ask that parents review this important information in helping their child make well-informed decisions for the upcoming year. The scheduling process and building the school’s master schedule takes months to complete. In addition, the courses your child chooses determine class sizes and staffing needs for the upcoming year therefore, scheduling change requests may not always be honored once completed.

Map Your Future for 2026-27 - Course Catalog and Academic Policies
CAVC Student Application (Survey) for 2026-27 - this should be completed by students interested in attending the Collinsville Area Vocational Center next year and will be in the 12th grade.
