Best Buddies is sponsoring Inclusion Week this week and each day has a different theme:
Tuesday, 3/17: Green Out (wear green)
Wednesday, 3/18: White Out (wear white, which is the color of inclusion)
Thursday, 3/19: Inspiration Day (dress like someone who inspires you)
Friday, 3/20: Wear purple or your Best Buddies shirt
Research shows students in inclusive schools develop stronger teamwork, leadership, and
empathy skills, according to the National Education Association.
Inclusion benefits everyone, not just students with disabilities.
As part of Inclusion Week, Best Buddies will be selling Candy Grams Mon, Tue and Wed during both lunch hours. Cost is $1.00 Let one of your "buddies" know you care about them and send them a candy gram!
Deliveries will occur Friday morning of inclusion week.
Today there are 10 leprechauns hidden around the school. If you find one, bring it to Mrs. Gress’s room during 7th hour to redeem a prize!
FCA will meet this Thursday morning at 7:00 in the Colab Room.
A reminder for Juniors: This week’s ACT Prep session will take place in Mr. Netemeyer’s room (A206). No need to sign up, but make sure you show up!
