Class of 2026 End of Year Events & Information
Dear Seniors and Parents of the RHS Class of 2026,
As we approach the final weeks of the school year, we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible accomplishments of the Roxana High School Class of 2026. This is a special and meaningful time, one that marks the culmination of years of hard work, growth, and memories.
Our goal is for these final days to be a positive and lasting experience, a true core memory, for each of our seniors. With that in mind, we ask all students to continue to represent themselves, their families, and Roxana High School with pride. Making safe, respectful, and positive decisions is essential as we finish strong together. The choices made now will help ensure that every senior can fully participate in and enjoy these important milestone events.
Below is a list of key upcoming senior events to help you plan and mark your calendars. More detailed information will be shared as each date approaches.
Saturday, May 2, 2026 (7:00 - 10:00 p.m.)
Prom “Golden Hour” - Lewis & Clark Community College
This year’s junior / senior prom will take place at the Trimpe Atrium with the coronation taking place at 8:00 p.m.
Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8, 2026
Seniors Last Week and Senior Spirit Week
Our RHS Student Council is sponsoring a fun filled week for our graduating seniors. There will be themed dress up days and activities throughout the week as we celebrate together.
Senior Finals
All seniors will take any required exams on Monday, May 4 and Tuesday, May 5.

College Signing Day Academic and Athletic
Location Larry Milazzo Gym
Time: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Academic Signings approximately 8:00 to 8:30 a.m.
Athletic Signings approximately 8:35 to 11:30 a.m.

Seniors Last Day and Senior Sunset
A meaningful opportunity for seniors to come together one last time as a class.

Seniors Honors & Scholarship Night - A Prelude to Graduation
This night honors our invited graduates of the Class of 2026 who will be receiving honors and scholarships. The event will take place at 6:00 p.m. in the Auditorium. By invitation only.

Silver Medallion Practice - 9:30 a.m. in the Auditorium

Senior Walk
All seniors participating in the Senior Walk should arrive at the RHS campus, dressed in their cap and gown, and ready to board buses at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at the front of the high school. Graduates will walk the hallways of both South Primary, Central Intermediate, & the Junior High. This is optional for graduates, not mandatory.
Graduation Practice
All graduates should report to the small gym and line up for Graduation Practice. Graduation cords and tickets will be distributed in the event Graduation is moved indoors.
Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
Graduation Ceremony
The 85th Commencement of Roxana Senior High School will honor the Graduating Class of 2026.
Gates open for family members at 12:30 p.m.
All graduates must report to the small gym no later than 1:00 p.m.
Each graduate will receive a professional photo upon receiving their diploma
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the Large Gymnasium.
We are incredibly proud of our seniors and all they have accomplished. Thank you to our families for your continued support and partnership. Let’s work together to ensure these final days are filled with celebration, pride, and positive memories that will last a lifetime. Go Shells!
