High School Registration Letter
Dear RHS Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year at Roxana High School. The first day of school for students is Wednesday, August 19, 2026. This will be a half day for students (7:50 - 11:15 a.m.).
In order for your child(ren) to begin, all students must be registered for the upcoming school year.
I want to thank everyone for going through our required registration process online this summer. Your time and commitment are greatly appreciated. If you have not yet registered for the upcoming school year, the Roxana School District is conducting an “in-person’ Registration on Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
High School Registration will take place the high school office
Junior High Registration will take place in the junior high office
South Primary & Central Intermediate will take place in the Commons
We encourage all parents and guardians, who have not yet registered, to attend the in-person Registration Day on July 30th.
Important information regarding this year’s registration process:
In order to register, new students and parents must show a valid driver’s license/State ID, student’s birth certificate, and provide three (3) proofs of residency. Returning students who have not yet registered for the upcoming year must also provide the three proofs of residency. Families who did not upload residency documents during online registration are also required to provide three proofs of residency to the high school office.

Acknowledgement Form
Parents will need to complete the required acknowledgement form indicating they have received, reviewed and agree to the terms as outlined in our Student/Parent Handbook and Acceptable Use (Technology Contract). In addition, we ask that parents complete the Requests for Military & Institutions of Higher Learning, and our Photo and Media Release in order to authorize or not authorize the release of information.
Athletics and Physical Information
Completed physical forms should be turned in.
Students participating in athletics can turn in or pick up the IHSA Physical forms.
Students participating in athletics can sign and submit the Code of Conduct.
Lunch Applications & Cafeteria Payment Plan
All students in the RCUSD1 receive a complimentary (free) breakfast and lunch daily. Additional items are available for purchase. Money may be applied to your student’s account via RevTrak located in your Skyward Family Access.
Fee Payment
Every student is assessed a $65 registration fee. Only cash or check/money order payments are accepted. Please make checks payable to: Roxana School District. Credit card payments can now be made online through Skyward Family Web Acess.

Additional information items are handed out here. School Calendar, Bus Routes (transportation), SBHC Information and other pertinent information will be provided.
School Physicals and Vaccines
The Roxana School District is partnering with SIHF Healthcare to better assist our Roxana students and families. SIHF Healthcare will be here on July 30, 2026 during Registration hours to schedule school physicals, sport physicals, immunizations for the upcoming year. SIHF is located in the Nurse’s Office across from the Junior High Office.
