Dear Senior Parents of the Class of 2025,
Due to a scheduling conflict, our Senior Walk and Graduation Practice will have to be moved from Tuesday, May 13th to Thursday, May 15th.
The Senior Walk will now begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Thursday, May 15th. Graduates will visit and walk the hallways in their caps and gowns at South Primary, Central Intermediate, and the Junior High.
Graduating Seniors will then participate in the Graduation Practice beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the large gym.
Graduates who earned cords may pick them up in the main office beginning Tuesday, May 13th. Cords may be purchased for $10 (per cord). Payments will be accepted through Friday, May 16th. No payments will be taken the day of Graduation on Sunday, May 18th.
Reminder that tomorrow, March 13th, is an SIP day and RHS students will dismiss at 11:15.

authors, psychologists, and brain scientists, SCREENAGERS reveals how tech time impacts
kids’ development and also offers solutions on how adults can empower their kids to best
navigate the digital world to find balance.
This screening is open to ANYONE in the community. If you would like to attend this movie screening on March 11 at 6:00PM in the Roxana High School Auditorium, please fill out the form below. Dear Roxana Community, Parents, Athletes, and Staff,
Due to the potential for inclement weather on Friday, we have rescheduled our Homecoming Football Game vs. Salem to Thursday evening with kickoff starting at 6:30pm. We understand this is a significant change, and we deeply appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we prioritize the safety and Homecoming experience of our students and fans. We are also changing the start time of the football game to 6:30 due to the length of travel Salem will have on a school night.
We know that many of you have had to rearrange your schedules to accommodate this shift, and we sincerely thank you for your support in making this adjustment possible and ensuring a successful Homecoming experience for our students and community. Despite the change, we are excited for a great evening of celebration and competition, and we look forward to seeing everyone at the game on Thursday!

Attention Junior Parents:
We will be offering an opportunity to take the PSAT/NMSQT on Wednesday, October 23rd at 8am to any student who would like to take it. The cost is $10, and students can sign up and pay in the guidance office. This test is used as a National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test, for students who score very high. It can also be used to practice and prepare for taking the SAT.
The deadline to sign up and pay is Friday, September 6th. Checks can be made out to Roxana High School.
Keep in mind, due to the new Illinois contract with ACT, we will be giving the ACT, not the SAT, in the spring to all juniors during the school day. We are no longer offering the SAT at RHS. Students wishing to take the SAT have to sign up to take it on a Saturday at a local testing center. Both ACT and SAT can be used for college entrance purposes. Roxana High School Summer School has dismissed early today at 11:30 am due to a power outage. Summer School will resume on Tuesday, June 4th at its regular scheduled time.
Online registration is open until Friday, June 14th. If you have not yet registered your child for the upcoming school year, please log in to Skyward and complete the online registration process. Proof of residency is required for ALL high school students. You can upload residency documents through online registration, as well.

Students are dismissed at the conclusion of each final exam day.
District Bus Transportation will run at the same time at 2:40 p.m. during finals
May 28th is reserved for final exam make-ups and student check-out who need to turn in their computers and clean out their lockers, etc.

Good morning. Like many others in our area, we are experiencing an internet outage. All internal systems are working; however, the district is currently unable to receive outside email communications. South Primary is unable to take incoming calls due to an AT&T outage.
