Great day yesterday for the Bullet Relays at Wood River High School. Your RJHS Girls took home a 2nd place trophy and the boys are now the Bullet Relay Champions of 2023. Boys took 1st place in 6 of the 11 relays. Wow. 1st place points were earned by Zane Losch, Ben Gehrs in shot. Nick Miles, Jamir Cornnell, and Will Stevens in High Jump. Easton Johnston, Malik Randol, and Darron Dewerff in long jump. Dewerff, Cornell, and Cohen Dugan in the hurdle shuttle. Johnston, Randol, Stevens and Miles in the 4x100. Randol, Johnston, Stevens, and Cornell for the event: the Bullet Relay. Hiedi Coffman, Elizabeth Clouse, Bailey Schallenberg-Decker, and Giana Stassi also took first place for the Bullet Relay. Great Job, athletes. Next up is the Madison County Conference on Tuesday! Practice today and tomorrow.
