Come one! Come All! Show your support for the Roxana Junior High tree at Rock Springs’s Park in Alton at the Winter Wonderland Annual walk through the lights. We are taking a bus to the event on Monday Nov. 27. Sign up outside Ms. Witt’s room and grab a permission slip. The cost is $1.00. Every individual walking through the lights gets to vote for a tree. There will be a student council meeting on Monday, November 20th in Mrs. Russell's Room after school. The meeting will be finished by 3:30.
Lots of school spirit going on this week. Yesterday's Shell Shocker award goes again to the house of Jasiri with 12 Shell fans supporting our Boys' Basketball teams. We've had a total of 70 students come to support our Boys' Basketball this week so far. They battle Alton today at 3:30 for 7th grade and 4:30 for 8th. Which house will have the most school spirit today?
For all of those interested in wrestling this season for the junior high, we will have a brief meeting on Monday, Nov. 20th in the auditorium @ 8:15 am.
