As a reminder students, you have an opportunity to participate in the fundraiser for the yearbook. If you sell at least 5 items, that will pay for your yearbook. All junior high students should have received an email from Mrs. Jones with a Google form. Please complete that question by Friday even if you do not want to participate in the fundraiser.
There will be a yearbook training meeting in Mrs. Jones room on Monday September 22. If you want to work on the yearbook and build the pages, you will need to attend. Please make arrangements to be picked up at 3:30.
This is a reminder that the Homecoming Parade is tonight. If you're walking to represent your house, please meet behind the junior high at 5:00 PM. Make sure you wear your house shirt!
If you are a student council member that turned in your permission slip to walk in the Homecoming Parade by yesterday, please meet behind the junior high gym between 5:00-5:45 tonight. Do not arrive before 5:00, but you must be there by 5:45. You can be dropped off in the junior high parking lot, or out on the street in front of the school, but no cars will be allowed to enter the road that leads to the Roxarana. Wear your student council shirt from last year, a Roxana Shells shirt, or your House shirt. Bring candy if you would like to toss it underhanded to people watching the parade. Have arrangements made to get home at 7:00.
