All girls who played 8th grade basketball this year and any 8th grade girl interested in playing basketball in high school need to report to the auditorium for advisory today.
As the weather is getting colder we want to remind students that coats must be kept in your locker. Coats are not allowed in class.
Any athlete who participates in a school sponsored sport is encouraged to have a locker in the PE locker room and use the PE locker room to change. If you need a PE locker, please see Mr. Lawrence.
Due to the large volume of 6th & 7th graders who purchased the blue light special, we are having 6th & 8th grade blue light specials during advisories in the library today. 7th grade will have their blue light special on Monday during advisory.

JH Shells Wrestling Team had one of the best starts to the season in a while. Shells lost to Vandalia 66 - 33 but winning for the Shells were: Xander Carstens with a pin, Mason Rives with a 5-4 win, Peyton Garrett with a huge pin, Gavin Powers with a pin, Colt Doyle with a pin, Logan Hosford with a forfeit win, and Brantley Bantz with a pin. Litchfield won with a score of 60 - 43. Grabbing wins for the Shells were: Mason Rives with a Major Win, Kendal Jensen with a pin, Gavin Powers with a pin, Noah Scroggins with a pin, Bentley Zimmer with a decision 8-6, Colt Doyle and Colton Wilmurth getting forfeit wins. Great job by all wrestlers. A big thank you to Mrs. Powers for organizing the flower ceremony for the Vandals and their fallen wrestler. It was a very thoughtful gesture and was really moving. Wrestlers, don't forget we have pictures today after school in the wrestling room.
