Students, you are not allowed to go to the High School Cafe. The only times you can go is if you have earned a coupon from the office and you have permission to go during your lunch. Sometimes teachers buy these snacks as rewards for students, but students cannot purchase items from Cafe de Shell.
On a similar note, students need to stay out of the Commons during advisory.
7th & 8th grade students, you should have received an email from Mrs. Maggie with a survey about Career Day. Please complete the survey when you have a few minutes.
Mrs. Powers’ class is hosting a drive this week to support the Community Hope Center. Donate personal care and paper products to be entered into a giveaway. Three names will be drawn at the end of the drive to receive a gift card as a thank you for supporting this effort. All items can be dropped off in Mrs. Powers’ classroom.
Attention student council members that turned in their permission slip for the bowling field trip: We will meet in the commons at 4:00 today and leave the school at 4:15. We will return back to school by 6:45. Pizza and drinks will be provided on the trip. All students must leave campus after school and return for the field trip.
For the past two weeks we had 158 students show up every single day, ready to learn. You know what we say: You miss a day, you miss a lot! We put all 158 names into a drawing for a Cafe De Shell coupon, and the winners are 6th Grade: Andrew Kennett and Isabella Walleman, 7th Grade: Addilyn Diveley and Ava Rollf, 8th Grade: Olivia Huff and Raven Tuetken. Even if you didn’t hear your name, you’re still a winner—every single one of our 158 perfect attendees just earned 10 house points! Keep showing up!
