Students, if you leave during the day early or arrive late, you MUST come to the office to sign in or out. If you do not sign in or out, we do not know where you are and we spend time calling around to try and find you. Also, if you do not feel good, you MUST go to the Nurse to be sent home. If you contact your parent without going to the Nurse, your absence will not be excused and you may receive consequences for using your phone at the wrong time.
The 3rd Quarter house field trip has been decided. The winning houses will be going to the East Alton Ice Arena on Tuesday, March 24th from 9:15-11:45. Those students going on the field trip will eat lunch during 8th grade lunch. As a reminder, you must have at least 80% attendance and no days of STOP or OSS to go. Winning houses will be announced on tomorrow’s announcements and permission slips will be handed out during homeroom.
Mrs. Powers’ class is hosting a drive this week to support the Community Hope Center. Donate personal care and paper products to be entered into a giveaway. Three names will be drawn at the end of the drive to receive a gift card as a thank you for supporting this effort. All items can be dropped off in Mrs. Powers’ classroom.
