Congratulations to Mrs. Jones's homeroom for winning the plastic bag recycling contest. Arrangements will be made soon for you to be treated to pizza. Thanks to all that participated. You saved 120.2 pounds of plastic from going to the landfill. It was all taken to a recycling drop off facility.
The yearbook meeting has been rescheduled for tomorrow after school. Please have arrangements to be picked up at 3:15.
Junior High Cheerleading tryouts for the 2026-2027 school year will be next week. Practices will be on Monday May 4th and Tuesday May 5th 4:30pm-6pm and tryouts will be Wednesday May 6th at 4:30pm.
Tutoring for tomorrow is cancelled.
ALL Band members will have rehearsal on Friday during 6th and 7th advisory time-12:47-1:17. 8th Grade band members will need to eat lunch during their advisory time and come to band rehearsal during their lunchtime.
Tickets for the 8th Grade dance will be on sale during lunch tomorrow. They are $10 each, cash only. Tickets will also be sold during lunches on 5/1 and 5/4. Dinner will be provided at the dance.
Congratulations to our Junior High Track team. Both our boys and girls earned 2nd place overall at the annual Bullet Relays. Those trophies will temporarily be on display in the junior high office. Several of our athletes earned medals amongst them were: Our 7th grade boys 4x100 team Byron Lacey, Max Cherepkai, Dean Savage and Jumar Cornell earned 1st place. And our 8th grade girls 4x100 team with Chloe Dillinger, Aubrie Friedrich, Hailey Skaggs and Peyton Cincoski earned 1st place. Congratulations team! Our last home meet is today after school at 3:30. Athletes, immediately after school, get changed and meet by the junior high lockers.
